Product Overview: 1971-1979 Impala Upper Control Arms
Global West Suspension manufactures tubular upper control arms for the Impala (model years 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979).
The CTA-19A Upper Control Arms Feature:
1. Increased Caster with 5-1/2 degrees of positive caster built into the control arm, straight line stability and corner entry is dramatically improved.
2. Camber curve is improved for high speed maneuvering.
3. Special bump stop mounted on the cross brace provides full drop protection for the ball joints.
4. Stock upper ball joints are used.
5. Built cross shafts are standard with all assembled control arms.
6. Standard upper bushing or polyurethane can be used. However TOP OF THE LINE DEL-A-LUM bushings are considered standard for Global West control arms.
