This is a Corvette upper control arm replacement shaft for 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, and 1982 models. Also for 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1970 Impala, Caprice, and Belair.
Using Stock Original Upper arms us bushing kit part # 1012
Features:
- The shaft is manufactured by Global West Suspension in the USA.
- It can be used with stock upper control arms and most aftermarket tubular a-arms.
- The shaft features a 5/8 threaded locking nut on the end of the shaft that holds the bushing in place versus a 3/8 bolt.
- Bolts have a tendency to back off over time. the 5/8 locking nut will not do that.
The shafts are sold individually so you will need to order two to do the car.
