Camaro Subframe Connectors and Body Mounts

Global West Suspension manufactures subframe connectors and solid body mounts for 1967, 1968, and 1969 Camaro coupes and convertibles. The subframes connectors are made from 1 5/8 round tubing used for roll cages and are contoured to follow the floor. Global West subframes bolt on to the original subframe and extend back to the rear frame rail as it goes over the differential. At the rear, welding is required for attaching the subframe. Solid body mounts for the rear of the factory fame are also included. The mounts are machined to accommodate the change in thickness due to the subframe connectors plate thickness.

Global West also makes contoured subframes for camaro convertibles that do not require floor modifications.

Solid body mounts are available stock height and a 1/2 inch drop. The body mounts tighten up the chassis and reduce rattles and squeaks from the rubber mounts shifting.
