Global West’s new C-10 Classic Truck front suspension is simple to install and provides handling, tune ability, and lowers the ride height while still providing suspension travel. The new system directly replaces the stock cross member, upper and lower control arms, sway bar, and fixes any bump steer issues you may have had before. The stock spindles are retained and Global West provides aluminum steering knuckle arms in the kit that zero bump the steering geometry. Note: If dropped spindles are used, bump steer will have to be reset. The steering box (power or manual) and linkage is retained reducing costs and also frame modifications. Installation is a bolt on. That means no welding is necessary, hand tools will get the job done. Tubular Upper Control Arms: The upper control arms are built out of 1.125 DOM tubing. Each tube is CNC mandril bent and precisely notched to welding jigs. The upper control arm provides 6 degrees positive caster and produces negative camber gain for superior handling and stability. The upper control arms are powder coated black and pre-assembled with Global West’s Del-a-lum bushings and offset control arm shafts. Tubular Lower Control Arms: The lower control arms are built out of 1.625 DOM tubing. Each tube is CNC mandril bent and notched to welding jigs. All of the gusset plates are CNC laser cut and precisely located on our welding fixtures as well. The lower control arms no longer require a cross shaft. The new cross member converts the lower arm over to two individual mounting points. This design provides Del-a-lum bushings to be used instead of steel on steel bushing. Tubular Cross member: The tubular cross member is built with 1.625 Dom tubing. Each tube is CNC mandril bent and hand fit to the welding jig. All of the plates are CNC laser cut and checked in our jigs to insure a proper fit.









The cross member allows for multiple oil pan configurations and utilizes OEM motor mount locations. The cross member bolts into the stock location with NO modifications to the frame rails. However, there are slight modifications to the inner fender wells and templates are provided. The tubular cross member is powder coated black.
