G-Plus control arms are designed to give a tremendous amount of cornering and straight line stability. G-Plus is referred to as being as close to a Negative Roll geometry system without being negative roll. (Negative roll is considered to be the best suspension geometry for handling applications for A-body cars). Negative roll is not for drag applications. These kits are designed for performance street, however cars crossing over into drag racing and road racing are also utilizing this applications.
G-PLUS arms use stock or 2 inch drop spindles drop
spindles. They can also be used with ATS spindles. The arms have additional
caster built into the them and a improved camber curve. The combination keeps
the tire contact patch flatter on the pavement. A bump stop is installed on the
control arm eliminating the stock one on the frame. The new bump stop location
allows for a limiter, which can be installed for dedicated drag cars. Billet
cross shafts and top of the line Del-a-lum bushings (which reduce suspension
drag) are incorporated making this control arm superior for all applications.
New alignment specifications are included.
