Front Upper Tubular Control Arms for 1993-02 Camaro/Firebird

Installation requires removal of your front struts and upper control arm mounts. We recommend using a shop service manual, if you are unsure of proper disassembly and reassemble procedures.

Global West’s upper control arms are designed for performance applications either drag or road race. These arms change the caster and camber gains of your front suspension.

CTA-32 and CTA-32D are pre-assembled. Both upper control arms will bolt directly into the stock upper arm bracket. Make sure that the grease fittings on the control arm are facing down when bolted into the upper bracket. The bushings are pre-lubricated; you will have to lubricate the upper ball joint after installation on the spindle.

Lubricate the upper bushing with any synthetic grease about twice a year.

Alignment specifications for Street performance:
Driver side	Passenger side
Caster 4 degrees positive	Caster 4 ½ degrees positive
Camber ½ to ¾ degrees negative	Camber ½ to ¾ degrees negative
Toe in 3/32 total

Alignment specifications for autocross or road racing:
Driver side	Passenger side
Caster 5 ½ degrees positive	Caster 5 ½ degrees positive
Camber 1 ½ to 1 ¾ degrees negative	Camber 1 ½ to 1 3/4 degrees negative
Toe in 1/32 per side
